Read the portfolio overview
The first screen after you sign in: what needs somebody now, across every project in the workspace.
The overview is the workspace's front page, and it is arranged by urgency rather than by project. It answers what needs a person now, across every deal at once, which is the question somebody actually arrives with.
Three counts sit at the top: open critical dates, capital drawn, and the work planned inside this week. Everything below them is the detail behind those counts.
The sections, in order
The next ninety days places every open critical date on the day it lands, one lane per project. Overdue is flagged, and a mark carrying a number is that many dates falling on one day.
Needs attention is what is past due or inside the next thirty days.
This week's work is the tasks planned to happen now.
Not ticking is the clocks that have not started, with what each one is waiting on. A date that cannot resolve because an upstream event has not been logged shows up here rather than silently reading as fine.
Draws with the lender lists what has been submitted and not funded, longest out first, with drafts counted underneath.
Documents carries what is awaiting review and what is expected and not filed.
Recent moves is the dates that moved because something upstream moved, with the ones nobody has reviewed marked.
Opening a project from here
Every row names the project it belongs to and links into it. Once a project is selected the tabs across the top stay on that project, so moving from Overview to Schedule to Budget keeps the deal you were reading.
The same body renders inside a project, cut to that project alone, which is why the two read the same way.

Known limits
A workspace holding several hundred projects takes a few seconds to draw this page, because the counts behind it are read across the whole book on every load. Opening a single project is not affected.
On a phone the project name column here is narrow enough to be hard to read. Turning the phone sideways gives the name its room back.
