Read weather and stoppage
Logged weather days, the stoppage sources they offset, and the effect on the outside date.
Weather matters on a land deal for two reasons, and this page shows both from the same log.
The first is stoppage. A contract that counts idle days toward a stoppage threshold should not count a day nobody could have worked. Logged weather days are excluded from every stoppage source's idle count, and the page shows the counts as they stand after that exclusion. The idle count runs to today in the workspace's own timezone, the same clock the rest of the app reads, so a monitor does not trip a day early on an evening after the clock has passed midnight in UTC but not here.
The second is the outside date. A weather allowance absorbs some number of lost days, and the completion date extends only through what the allowance does not cover. That figure is derived on every read rather than entered.
Logging a day
Log a weather day takes the date, what made it count (a stated threshold, the engineer's field determination, or both) and a note. The date has to fall inside the project's window: no earlier than the first recorded event or completed task on the project, and no later than today in the workspace's own timezone. A day already on the log is refused rather than counted twice. Somebody with schedule access at edit logs it, and a logged day can be deleted from its row.
The allowance itself is not entered here. It is a term of the construction contract and lives with the rest of those terms.

You open this when work has stopped and a clause somewhere counts the idle days.

A weather day is a whole day. The log has no room for a half day or a count of hours, so a morning lost to rain is either logged as a day or not logged.
